SCHEME: Mixed use development comprising; Block 1 – 3096sqm of retail and leisure space Block 2 – 101 bedroom hotel over 3 storeys to include restaurant, laundry area and storage space. Block 3 – Student accommodation comprising 412 student flats over 9 storeys. Works include associated access, parking and landscaping following the demolition of existing buildings and partial demolition of number 79 lime street.
ardHat are proud to be working with ISG on this £39m development where we have been tasked with providing full installation of wireless CCTV cameras, Guarding, Biometric Turnstiles and Cleaning services for the site.
With over 20 years experience HardHat were able to work closely with ISG in able to provide an excellent package so correct resources will be utilised.
