HardHat current score of 128 makes us the leading contractor in our chosen markets in the UK, during the government audit we were able to demonstrates competency in our organisation and management processes focusing on internal process, company strategy, innovative solutions in our CSR policy and ethical labour management policies.

We use Peninsula HR to provide us with the latest advice and legislation. Our operator handbooks are issued upon induction to help operators settle quickly into our world and make them part of the larger corporate family. We believe this helps keep our operative motivated and keeps our staff churn to less than 8%. This enables us to retain our good operatives, some of our security operatives have been with us for over 10 years this is something we are very proud of as it is pretty unique in the service industry.

Health & Safety

HardHat understand our clients need to mitigate risk and keep its people and assets safe from harm. Our assignments are crated to ensure they are complaint with the latest regulatory advice. From lone worker regulations to COSHH for builders clean site management is consulted on the forthcoming challenges which are addressed and resolved. Superior documentation is implemented with consultation with operatives before commencing task to ensure tight programming schedules are maintained.

Environmental

Within our disciplines we strive to reduce our corporate footprint. Via smarter working & greener technique we strive to be responsible for our planet & people, HardHat operate all the below in order to monitor our environmental impact:

Rolling risk assessments are conducted to ensure our operatives stay safe at all times, since August 2008 we have been accident free.
