Our senior management team have remained the same throughout. At HardHat our management team have the knowledge and ability to lead from the front. These leader will demonstrate sector knowledge, understand legislative framework, working practices & industry standards. Individual category managers all have over 15 years’ experience each to deliver the programs that you require HardHat to work on. With this experience these key personnel have developed and implemented the procedures & policies with stakeholder participation to ensure your operational goals are realised while always conducting ourselves based on our organisations.

At HardHat we can demonstrate that we have effective management system that continually improves the organisation and its customer experience. We achieve this by leaders always seeking employee participation and building into our latest service offering to provide solutions that are fit for purpose.

Accredited with ISO 14004 we assess our footprint and ensure we act appropriately in all circumstances.  We responsibly disposal of cooking oils to ensuring safety of supervisors we take our role in society very seriously in providing a better planet for the next generation.
